Making Opportunity Affordable Newsletter JFF (2009)
Summary: The newsletter is reports on and supports State Opportunity Grants, a major element of the Making Opportunity Affordable initiative. Making Opportunity Affordable is a multiyear initiative focused on increasing productivity within U.S. higher education, particularly at two- and four-year public colleges and universities. The aim is to use dollars invested by students, parents, and taxpayers to graduate more students.
